NEW YORK, NY – A New York City MTA strap hanger is wanted by police after he reportedly forcefully touched an 11-year-old girl on her buttocks while riding the BX19 bus down West 14th Street near St. Nicholas Avenue in June. Police said the unidentified individual approached an 11-year-old victim and placed his hand on her buttocks.
