CUMBERLAND, MD – The Cumberland City Police Department made two arrests on Tuesday evening this week. William Victor Wight was apprehended after fleeing from officers during a trespassing complaint encounter. Separately, Elaine Pilkerton was served an arrest warrant in connection with a burglary investigation.
