He was arrested on Kensington Avenue and was taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility while awaiting his initial court appearance.
Alex Darby, aged 52, from Newark, is charged with similar offenses, including maintaining a drug production facility, possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, and hindering apprehension. Darby was apprehended on Hunterdon Street and is currently at Essex County Correctional Facility pending his court date.
