Three Arrested in Non-Contact Shooting Incident in Annapolis

**Annapolis, MD** – On January 15, 2025, at approximately 10:15 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunshots on the 1900 block of Towne Center Boulevard.

Witnesses observed a white sedan with three female suspects leaving the scene after gunshots were fired during an altercation outside. Officers stopped a white Mercedes matching the description and detained the three occupants on Towne Center Boulevard. They located .38 caliber shell casings at the scene.

The investigation led to the discovery and seizure of a .38 caliber Ruger handgun and a magazine with three live rounds inside the vehicle. The main shooting suspect was identified and arrested along with the other two occupants for their involvement. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the shooting.

The individuals arrested are Darshica Delores Allen, 43, Lamiyah Angel Allen, 21, and Brittany Mae Richardson, 36, all from Washington, DC.

Houseboat Incident Investigated by Homicide Detectives

**Boston, MA** – On Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 10:43 PM, officers from District 15 (Charlestown) responded to an incident on a houseboat at Shipway Place, Charlestown. Upon arrival, they found a deceased individual. Homicide Detectives are currently leading the investigation into the incident.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death and to confirm the identity of the deceased individual. During the response, Nora Nelson, 24, of Boston, was arrested on unrelated warrants and is set for arraignment in Boston Municipal Court.
