Port Jervis authorities, including Police Chief William Worden, announced the arrest of Enido Isaac Rumaldo, 20, for selling over 2.2 ounces of cocaine to an undercover officer. The arrest occurred on Monday at around 3:10 PM on King Street, following a lengthy investigation into narcotics trafficking in the area. The suspect allegedly exchanged the cocaine for $4,000, hiding the money before being detained.
Besides the drug possession charge, Rumaldo faces charges for using drug paraphernalia, as items like scales and packaging materials were found in the Cadillac he was driving. The investigation was supported by the Orange County Drug Task Force and Middletown Police Department, involving undercover operations with increasing drug purchases. Rumaldo is scheduled to appear in court in Port Jervis on October 21.
Law enforcement agencies collaborated on the investigation, including police departments from Wallkill and Montgomery, District Attorney offices from Orange and Pike counties, and several crime analysis units. In addition to Orange County charges, Pike County is also investigating Rumaldo.

Lewes Man Arrested for Felony Drug Charges
**Lewes, DE** – Delaware State Police arrested Byard Widdoes, age 39, from Lewes, Delaware, on Thursday for felony drug charges.
Troopers responded on Thursday at approximately 7:21 a.m. to a report of an unconscious man at the Wawa located on 17663 Dartmouth Drive in Lewes. They found Widdoes slumped over the steering wheel of a maroon Nissan Rogue. Upon waking, Widdoes did not require medical care but was confused and repeatedly put his hands in his pockets despite instructions not to.
Widdoes was detained and searched, which led to the discovery of drugs and drug paraphernalia. A computer check revealed existing capias warrants for his arrest. During the search, troopers found various substances including powder cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, liquid methamphetamine, liquid testosterone, heroin, and several prescription pills.
Widdoes was taken to Troop 7, where he faced multiple charges including possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and is currently held at Sussex Correctional
Suspect Arrested for Receiving Stolen Property in Boston
**Boston, MA** – On Thursday at approximately 5:50 PM, officers from District B-2 in Roxbury arrested O’Keif Mark, 22, of Waltham, for receiving stolen property.
During patrol near Warren Street, officers conducted an inquiry on a vehicle linked to a Brookline incident. They initiated a traffic stop using emergency lights and sirens.
The vehicle’s operator initially refused to lower his window and locked the doors but eventually complied. Officers later asked the operator to exit the vehicle, leading to his temporary non-compliance and an attempt to leave, resulting in a struggle and arrest.
Officers discovered three envelopes with checks bearing multiple names, a Glock-style BB gun, HEET water remover, and brake fluid in the vehicle. A total of 236 fraudulent checks valued at $389,808 were also seized. Mark faces charges of Receiving Stolen Property over $1,200 and Threats to Commit a Crime, with arraignment expected in Roxbury District Court.
Jersey City Woman Arrested for Bayonne Hit-and-Run
**Jersey City, NJ** – Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced the arrest of a Jersey City woman in connection with a Bayonne hit-and-run incident. The arrest happened on Thursday when members of the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit apprehended Kalimah Toon, 37, after the event took place on Sunday.
Toon faces several charges, including Aggravated Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, and Endangering an Injured Victim. These charges range in severity from second to fourth degree crimes. Toon was taken into custody at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus and transferred to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
The Bayonne Police Department was alerted at roughly 12:20 a.m. about a pedestrian struck near Route 440 and 22nd Street. Officers found a 34-year-old Bayonne resident with severe injuries while the vehicle involved had left the scene. The victim is currently in critical condition at Jersey City Medical Center.

16-Year-Old Arrested for Handgun Possession
**Baltimore, MD** – A 16-year-old male was arrested for possessing a handgun early Wednesday morning in Baltimore’s Central District. Officers on routine patrol witnessed the individual discarding the weapon under a vehicle in the 400 block of S. Bond Street shortly after midnight at approximately 12:12 a.m.
Upon noticing the officers, the teenager fled on foot. Officers gave chase and managed to apprehend him after a brief pursuit.
After his arrest, the suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility. Authorities have charged him in relation to the incident.
Howard Beach Home Burglary Indictment
**Queens, NY** – Laurel Bay has been indicted on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, and additional crimes for unlawfully occupying a vacant single-family home in Howard Beach. The property, vacated since 2012, was managed by its out-of-state homeowner. Neighbor reports to the police about suspicious activities led to Bay’s arrest.
