Teen Girl Molested by Cyclist in Brooklyn; NYPD Seeks Suspect

Police are searching for a cyclist accused of grabbing a 16-year-old girl from behind before fleeing the scene in Brooklyn.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident involving a teenage girl in Brooklyn.

According to police, the incident occurred at approximately 6 p.m. on May 5 near the intersection of Avenue T and Coney Island Avenue within the confines of the 61st Precinct.

Suspect Approached Victim on Bicycle

Investigators said a 16-year-old girl was walking in the area when an unidentified individual approached her from behind while riding a bicycle.

Police allege the suspect grabbed the victim’s buttocks before immediately fleeing the location on the bicycle.

The individual was last seen heading in an unknown direction.

Investigation Ongoing

Authorities have not released a description of the suspect and no arrests have been made.

The NYPD is continuing to investigate and is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
