You’re all set, right? Fully boosted? Think again, Dr. Anthony Fauci says ‘fully boosted’ is no longer the ‘optimal protection’ against the new omicron variant. Fauci cautioned that the notion of ‘fully vaccinated’ is just a definition and doesn’t have any scientific bearing.
“Optimal protection, particularly against omicron is to get your primary vaccinations plus a boost,” Fauci said. “If you really want to be fully protected, go get a boost.”
