Was hot weather the motive? Video released of deadly Atlantic City shooting

It was a hot night Sunday night, which according to Governor Phil Murphy, could have been the motive for a shooting in Atlantic City that left three wounded and one dead. A suspect on a bicycle, wearing long pants a hoodie (making him even hotter), rode up and opened fire on a group of men standing on the street.
