WAVERLY, OH — A Waverly woman named Kathleen has claimed a $100,000 prize playing the Ohio Lottery’s Bingo Times 50 scratch-off game, officials announced.
The winning ticket was purchased at Super Quik #5, located at 410 Emmitt Avenue in Waverly. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, she will receive $72,000.
Bingo Times 50 is a $10 scratch-off game with a top prize of $500,000. As of July 24, two top prizes remain unclaimed.
The Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to education since its inception in 1974.
