PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fl. – A spring breaker in Panama City Beach is dead after jumping from the balcony of the 14th floor of his beach resort hotel.
WMBB reported that last night, the Panama City Beach Police Department confirmed that the spring breaker was attempting a base jump off of the balcony with a parachute, but it didn’t open in time. Police are investigating the incident and did not release any information as of yet.
