Woman Harrassed on COTA Bus, Threatened with Death by Unknown Man

COLUMBUS, OH – A woman was harrassed and threatened with death after she got in her seat aboard a COTA bus in July. Now, police have released a photo of the suspect and are asking the public to help identify him.

According to the Columbus Police Department, on July 26, at approximately 8:00 a.m., the victim got on a COTA bus and sat in an empty seat.

“When the victim sat down, the suspect began harassing her and threatened to kill her,” police reported today. “The bus driver asked the suspect to get off the bus. The suspect spit on the victim and then took off on foot.”
