PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 19-year-old Missing Person Dominik McVay. He was last seen on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 12:00 A.M., on the 7XX block of South 10th Street.
He is 5′ 11″, 140 lbs., brown hair shoulder length and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue shirt depicting a cat wrapped inside a burrito possibly riding a purple bicycle with silver scratches on it and white rims.
