PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department searching for a 25 year old man who has been reported missing since last Thursday.
The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Missing Person Christian Avila-Rivera. He was last seen on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at on the 18xx block of S 19th St.
He is 6’05 200 lbs., thin build and frequents north Philadelphia. The complainant is thinner now than in the photo provided.
