D.C. Police Search For Armed Robbers Caught On Surveillance Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Police are asking for help identifying a possible suspect and vehicle involved in an armed robbery on Saturday evening.

At approximately 7:15 pm, police were called to the 900 Block of Florida Avenue in the Northwest section after getting a report of the assault and armed robbery. The suspect had shown a handgun to the victims, assaulted one of them, and demanded property. One of the victims gave the suspect their property before the suspect fled the scene.

According to police, the vehicle is described as “a dark-colored Chevy Malibu. It was last seen bearing a Virginia temporary tag of 16314A.”
