PHILLIPSBURG, NJ – Phillipsburg police officers responded to a 911 call on Halloween alleging that a man wearing a pink bunny costume was exposing himself to trick-or-treaters.

According to witnesses, the man was exposing himself to an adult female and her 10-year-old son while they were out trick-or-treating.

After an investigation, police located the man in the bunny costume. He was identified as Thomas Mohring.

As officers approached, he appeared to be concealing something in his crotch area. Upon inspection, police say they located a hole in that part of the costume.

He was arrested and charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
