Gunmen Threaten Local Man, Steal Cash and Valuables in Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, MD – A local resident fell victim to a mugging last Wednesday, in the 300 block of Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie. The incident was reported to the Eastern District Police at approximately 5:15 pm.

The victim reported leaving an establishment in the 1800 block of Crain Highway and walking through the Southgate Marketplace parking lot when he was attacked by an unidentified assailant.

The suspect demanded money and attacked the victim, striking him in the face.

The attacker forcibly took money and a watch from the victim’s pockets before escaping in a white SUV.
