Frederick County Resident Arrested in Connection with Narcotics Investigation

FREDERICK, MD -The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of local resident Israel Herman Logan, 25, on Tuesday. The arrest follows a weeklong joint investigation into reported crime in the area.

The Sheriff’s office executed a search and seizure warrant at a residence in the 5200 block of Black Locust Drive in Frederick. The warrant was part of an ongoing narcotics investigation involving Logan.

Logan now faces multiple charges, including firearm/drug trafficking, Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) – possession with intent to distribute, CDS possession – large amount, firearm possession with a felony conviction, illegal possession of ammunition, and illegal possession of a regulated firearm.

Logan is currently detained at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. Further details regarding his next court appearance have not been released.
