NYC Sanitation Worker Arrested and Charged For DWI

NEW YORK, NY – On Sunday, at approximately 5:06 a.m., an off-duty employee of the New York City Sanitation Department was arrested by the NYPD for DWI in Queens.

Todd Goulbourne, a 50-year-old male employed as a sanitation worker, was taken into custody after being charged with several offenses related to driving while intoxicated.

The charges against Goulbourne include operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% – 1%, marking his first offense.

The NYPD did not release any further details regarding this arrest.
