WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the D.C. Metro Police Department are reaching out to the public for their assistance in identifying suspects linked to an Armed Robbery and Assault incident that occurred on Sunday night in Southeast, D.C.
Shortly before 10 pm, the victim was targeted by the suspects at the m200 Block of 13th Street. Using a handgun, one of the suspects threatened the victim and demanded their belongings. After assaulting the victim, the suspect fled the scene with the stolen property. The victim received medical attention at a local hospital for injuries that were determined to be non-life-threatening.
