15-Year-Old Fugitive Murder Suspect Arrested In School Bus Killing

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD – On Tuesday afternoon, the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF), which includes PGPD officers, arrested a 15-year-old male suspect identified as “Baby K”. He is charged as an adult with the attempted murder of another teenager on a school bus.

On Monday, May 1, 2023, at about 4:55 p.m., officers responded to an assault on a school bus. Preliminary investigations reveal the victim was attacked by three suspects, one of whom, “Baby K”, attempted to fire a gun at the victim multiple times but was unsuccessful due to what investigators believe was a weapon malfunction. “Baby K” and the two other juvenile suspects are now in custody.

A juvenile female is also charged with conspiracy in connection with the case.
