PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in locating Solomon Parlin, a 54-year-old individual who has gone missing. Parlin was last seen on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 9:00 AM in the area of the 6400 block of North Broad Street.
Described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with a weight of 270 pounds, Parlin has a heavy build, light brown complexion, and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black tank top, black pants, and white shoes.
Authorities are concerned about Parlin’s well-being and are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or dial emergency services at 911.
