Lititz Man Sentenced for Attempted Solicitation of a Minor

by Leo Canega

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA – Jeffrey Fralich, a 69-year-old Lititz resident, pleaded guilty on Friday to six charges including attempted solicitation of sex from a minor. Lancaster County Judge Dennis Reinaker sentenced him to a 1 ½ to 5 years prison term followed by five years of probation.

In 2022, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Human Trafficking Task Force and the FBI began a detail focused on online child sex solicitation. They communicated with Fralich who agreed to pay $400 for sexual acts with a minor, including additional fees for unprotected sex. The investigators traced back the phone number used in the communications to Fralich and identified his residence as the location he requested the minor be brought to. Fralich is one of nine defendants apprehended in similar stings in 2022.
