Traffic Stop Yields DUI and Weapons Charges

PASADENA, MD – Late on Monday, officers conducted a traffic stop for a violation near Ft. Smallwood Road and Appian Way in Pasadena.

During the investigation, officers suspected the driver, identified as 35-year-old Kyle Wisniewski from Glen Burnie, of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Upon exiting the vehicle, a black semi-automatic handgun was observed in the passenger compartment.

Upon completion of the investigation, Wisniewski was arrested and charged with DUI and weapon-related offenses.
