NEW YORK CITY, NY – An act of public lewdness was reported to the New York City Police Department on Saturday, July 1.
The incident took place at approximately 8:30 am inside a Family Dollar store located at 392 Jersey Street.
An unidentified man approached a 10-year-old girl inside the store and exposed his genitals.
The man continued his lewd act by masturbating before fleeing on foot from the store.
The police department is seeking public assistance to locate the suspect.
