PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD- A U.S. Army veteran finds a delightful way to play his favorite Lottery game, Racetrax, by hanging out with his Racetrax-playing pals at a Temple Hills restaurant.

The Temple Hills man has a preference for Superfecta bets, a thrilling choice that involves selecting four horses to cross the finish line in a precise order to claim a prize. Earlier this week, while enjoying rounds of Racetrax and engaging in conversations with his friends at Marlow Winghouse & Sports Grill, he unintentionally missed watching the race. Little did he know that the 9, 5, 7, and 6 horses would cross the finish line in that exact order, leading to a massive win.

As the man approached the counter to check his $20, 20-race ticket for a win, the clerk surprised him by whispering the incredible news into his ear instead of announcing it publicly. The Prince George’s County resident was elated to discover that he had won a staggering $34,775!

The Racetrax fan prefers to keep his big win discreet for now, but he has exciting plans for his prize. Alongside taking care of bills, he looks forward to having some fun with the remainder of his winnings.

Marlow Winghouse & Sports Grill in Prince George’s County also has reason to celebrate. Located at 4147 Branch Avenue, the retailer will receive a $347.75 bonus from the Lottery for selling the winning Racetrax ticket worth $10,000 or more. This bonus equals 1% of the prize, adding to the restaurant’s delight in contributing to a significant Lottery win.
