Allegheny County Police Investigating Shooting of Juvenile in Brentwood

Brentwood, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s General Investigations Unit has responded to a shooting incident involving a juvenile near Meadowbrook Boulevard and Brownsville Road in Brentwood.

At approximately 10:28 p.m. on the date of the incident, County 911 received notification of a sixteen-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower leg.

First responders were immediately dispatched to the scene, where they found the injured teenager. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is now in stable condition.

Detectives from the Allegheny County Police Department (ACPD) are actively initiating the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting. At this time, no further details about the incident have been released.
