Atlantic City Man Wanted for Stabbing Arrested

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – The Atlantic City Police Department arrested Aaron Mincey, 32, in connection with a stabbing that occurred on August 16.

On August 22, Officer Anthony Abrams received a tip that Mincey was in the 3300 block of the Boardwalk.

Officer James Eckert located and arrested Mincey, who was found to be in possession of a knife, as well as 61 bags of heroin and cocaine.

Mincey faces multiple charges including aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon.

The victim, a 29-year-old man from Cape May, suffered serious injuries and was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. Mincey is currently held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
