Brooklyn Man Injured in Shooting Incident Near Herkimer and Nostrand

BROOKLYN, NY – A 41-year-old male was shot in the right arm and leg after two unidentified men opened fire near Herkimer Street and Nostrand Avenue on Sunday, September 17.

The assailants displayed firearms and discharged multiple rounds before fleeing in a gray sedan eastbound on Herkimer Street. The victim was promptly taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County, where he remains in stable condition.

The suspects are still at large, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. Investigation of the incident is ongoing.
