BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – Paris Warthen, a 15-year-old, has been reported as critically missing and was last seen in the Middle River area wearing a black tank top and shorts.
Baltimore County Police are urging anyone with information about the missing teenager to contact emergency services at 911 or the department at 410-307-2020 immediately.
