BROOKLYN, NY – On Tuesday at around 10:55 a.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting an unresponsive female across from 287 Ocean Avenue, within the jurisdiction of the 78th Precinct. Officers found the woman unconscious and unresponsive, showing signs of blunt-force trauma to the head. Emergency Medical Services pronounced her dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner is tasked with determining the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing and the identity of the deceased will be released upon proper notification of the family.
