BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A woman was fatally shot early this morning in Northwest Baltimore.
Patrol officers from the Baltimore Police Department arrived at the 3800 block of Hayward Avenue at approximately 4:05 a.m. after receiving a report of a shooting.
Officers discovered an adult female with apparent multiple gunshot wounds. Medics were called to the location and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation and are urging anyone with information to call them at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
