Cumberland County Arrests Man for Child Sexual Assault Material Charges

MECHANICSBURG, PA – The Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office Criminal Investigative Division has arrested Logan Moore on multiple counts of child [censored]ography possession and related charges following a complaint received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The extensive investigation, supported by the PA Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, led to Moore’s arrest on Thursday.

Moore faces 50 counts of sexual abuse of children in the form of possession of child [censored]ography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.

The defendant was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Silcox, with a preliminary hearing to be scheduled.

Moore is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
