Police Continue Search for Suspect in Neptune Deadly Shooting

FREEHOLD, NJ – Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago has called for public assistance in the recent Neptune Township fatal shooting case.

On the night of October 6, 2022, around 10:48 p.m., Neptune Township Police Department officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Heck Avenue following reports of gunfire.

There, they discovered 26-year-old Devin Agolio-Stout of Neptune Township in his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Stout was quickly transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, alongside Neptune Township Police, is conducting an investigation into this incident.
