HARLEM, NY – A shooting incident occurred on Sunday, December 3, at 300 West 142 Street in Harlem, leading to a fatality. Police responded to the scene around 6:09 PM after receiving a 911 call. They found Jazeke Samuels, a 30-year-old male, with gunshot wounds to his torso and left arm.
Samuels, a resident of 2698 8 Avenue, New York, NY, was rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals/Metropolitan, where he was pronounced deceased. No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and the investigation continues.
