CUMBERLAND, MD – A disturbance call on Friday in Jane Frazier Village, Cumberland, resulted in the arrest of Tyrone Lemar Oliver, a 34-year-old local resident.

Cumberland Police Department officers responded to the call involving a potential firearm threat.

Upon arrival, officers engaged with Oliver, who was involved in a dispute with a resident of Jane Frazier Village, though he did not reside there.

Despite multiple warnings to cease the disturbance and obey officers’ commands, Oliver continued his disorderly conduct, attracting the attention of other residents.
