Police Seek Suspect in Kohl’s Theft

SILVER SPRING, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit is investigating a theft that occurred at a Kohl’s store in Silver Spring.

On Thursday, October 30, officers responded to the 3900 block of Aspen Hill Road following a theft report.

Surveillance footage reveals an adult male suspect entering the store at approximately 3 p.m., stealing merchandise, and fleeing the scene.

The suspect, described as a Black male, around 6-feet tall with a thin build and long locs, was seen wearing a gray beanie cap, green coat, green pants, a blue neck gaiter, and black and yellow gloves. He was also noted to have a permanent injury to one eye.

A reward of up to $10,000 is offered for information leading to the suspect’s arrest. The public can report tips anonymously to Crime Solvers of Montgomery County or call 1-866-411-8477.
