DUI Crash in South Lebanon Township Leads to Child Endangerment Charges

LEBANON, PA – On November 18, a South Lebanon Township Police Officer was called to a motor vehicle collision in the 2500 Block of East Cumberland Street.

The investigation revealed that Jeffrey Dewayne Davis was operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Davis’s juvenile daughter was in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Davis faces serious charges including Endangering The Welfare Of Children, DUI-Incapable Of Safe Driving, and Following Too Closely.

The South Lebanon Township Police Department emphasizes the gravity of driving under the influence, especially with minors present.

The community is asked to report any similar incidents to the police to prevent further harm.
