Student Who Broad Loaded Gun to Charles Herbert Flowers High School Arrested

SPRINGDALE, MD – An 18-year-old student, Ke’Shawn Reeves of Lanham, is facing multiple charges after bringing a loaded gun to Charles Herbert Flowers High School.

The incident occurred on Thursday, with the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) confirming the recovery of the weapon.

Early on that morning, at around 8:20 am, security personnel at Prince George’s County Schools reported the discovery of the gun, leading to PGPD’s intervention.

Reeves has been charged with handgun on person, dangerous weapon on school property, loaded handgun on person, and additional related charges.

The PGPD continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. They ask anyone with information to come forward to assist in the ongoing case.
