Man Assaulted with Firearm in Manhattan Dispute

MANHATTAN, NY – On Sunday, September 3, a 50-year-old man was assaulted during a dispute at 220 Amsterdam Avenue. The incident, occurring around 4:23 PM, involved two unknown individuals. One assailant struck the victim in the face and head using a firearm. Following the assault, the attackers fled southbound on Amsterdam Avenue in a black Nissan Murano. The victim, sustaining minor injuries, received treatment from EMS at the scene.

The first assailant is described as a female, about 5’6″ tall, with a medium complexion and a tattoo on her right arm. She was wearing a black tank top, black shorts, and black sneakers. The second, a male approximately 5’6″ tall, has a light complexion and a goatee. He was wearing gray shorts, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and white and black sneakers. Authorities are conducting an investigation and request information from the public.
