MANHEIM, PA – On Saturday, officers from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) were dispatched to the first block of Doe Run Road, Penn Township.
They responded to reports of a naked male, identified as Michael David Braungard, 50, from Manheim, walking on the road.
Upon locating Braungard, officers found his clothing in the 500 block of Stiegle Valley Road.
He was also in possession of a controlled substance, suspected to be marijuana.
Braungard was taken into custody and faces charges including indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
