Manahawkin, NJ – Stafford Township Police have arrested 24-year-old Austin Mousley from West Creek, NJ, following reports of lewd behavior in the parking lot of Ulta Beauty in Manahawkin. The incident, reported on the afternoon of February 23, prompted an immediate response from patrol officers after anonymous victims described witnessing a male engaging in lewd and inappropriate acts in public view.
Upon arrival, officers were provided with a vehicle and suspect description by the victims, who noted that the male had departed the scene before police could arrive. The Stafford Township Detective Bureau took over the investigation, conducting a detailed inquiry that culminated in the identification and arrest of Mousley.
Mousley has been charged with lewdness and was subsequently released pending a future court date at Stafford Township Municipal Court.
