PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in finding a missing teenager. Yaquelin Reyes Garcia, 15, was last observed on the 60XX block of Locust Street at 7:00 p.m. on March 1.
Garcia is described as 5′ 1″ tall, weighing 110 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive birthmark above her right eye. Details regarding her attire at the time of disappearance remain unknown.
