NYPD Seeks Fugitive Wanted for Rape

NEW YORK CITY – The New York City Police Department is calling for public assistance in locating 32-year-old Quamae Taylor, linked to a reported rape in the 23rd Precinct.

The incident took place early on Sunday, March 10, when Taylor allegedly forced entry into the home of a 34-year-old female and sexually assaulted her. Following the assault, he is reported to have fled the scene on foot.

Taylor is described as having a medium complexion and build, standing at approximately 5’8″ tall, with black hair and facial hair. He was last observed wearing a white dress shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots.

Authorities urge anyone with information on Taylor’s whereabouts to come forward to aid in the investigation and ensure community safety.
