BROOKLYN, NY — Police were dispatched to a stabbing report at 7221 3rd Avenue, in the area governed by the 68th Precinct, following a 911 call received early Sunday morning. The call came in at approximately 2:52 AM, alerting authorities to the violence.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered a 37-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to his torso. Emergency Medical Services rushed the victim to NYU Langone Hospital/Brooklyn for urgent care.
Despite efforts to save him, the man was pronounced dead at the hospital. The incident remains under thorough investigation, with no suspects apprehended yet.
The police have yet to disclose the identity of the victim, awaiting the notification of his family.
