Utica Police Respond After Woman Assaults Ex-Boyfriend During Argument

UTICA, NYAuthorities were called to Lillian Cooper apartments on the evening of April 7th due to a reported physical domestic incident.

Upon their arrival, officials found a man who reported that during an argument, his ex-girlfriend had hit him multiple times in the head with her fists. Subsequently, she used a metal rod to strike him in the back of the head, causing a laceration.

The man was taken to Wynn Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Tosha Outten, 46, was detained by the police and later taken to the Utica Police Department.
