Baltimore, MD – A 23-year-old man has died following a shooting incident in Baltimore’s Northern District.
The tragic event occurred late Saturday evening around 9:56 PM in the 4900 block of Palmer Avenue. Upon their arrival, police discovered the young man inside a vehicle, critically injured with a gunshot wound to the neck. Despite the immediate life-saving attempts by officers and medics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
