NEW YORK, NY – A disturbing incident of indecent exposure is under investigation after a report was made to the police concerning an event that occurred on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at approximately 3:40 PM. A 36-year-old female reported that while she was near the intersection of 46th Street and 4th Avenue, an unidentified male exposed himself to her.
The suspect, described as a male in his 20s with a dark complexion, was last seen wearing all black clothing. He fled on foot towards 47th Street and 4th Avenue immediately after the incident. Fortunately, there were no physical injuries reported.
Authorities are actively searching for the suspect and are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to his identification and arrest. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the local police department.
