Disturbance Leads to Two Arrests and a Criminal Summons in Cumberland

CUMBERLAND, MD – After a disturbance call at a Welton Drive business, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Cairae Fitzgerald and Bobbi Patterson for actively assaulting each other. The arrested individuals were then brought to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking.

Arrested – Cairae Moniq Fitzgerald (23) Uniontown, PA Charges – Assault 2nd Degree, Affray, Disorderly Conduct Bobbi Larae Patterson (31) Brownsville, PA Charges – Assault 2nd Degree, Affray, Disorderly Conduct

Served – Dalton Ray Brimhall (29) Cumberland, MD Charge – Harassment a course of conduct
