Vehicle Struck By Bullet on Pennsylvania Interstate

York, PA – A bullet shot through a vehicle on Interstate 83 on Sunday afternoon, Pennsylvania State Police in York County announced Monday morning. The projectile traveled through the rear windshield, impacting the rearview mirror and lodging in the front window, according to Trooper James Grothey.

The incident was reported at 4:39 p.m. last Thursday when the vehicle was traveling on I-83 South near Springettsbury Township. Subsequent examination by troopers revealed that no occupants were seriously injured. The PSP York Patrol Unit has taken charge of the investigation.
