NEW YORK, NY — In a startling incident within the 103rd Precinct, two off-duty New York City employees, both NYPD police officers, were arrested on Monday morning at 0708 hours. The arrests involve serious allegations including strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child.
The officers, identified as 24-year-old Shaye Lall and Alex Lall, face similar charges. Shaye Lall has been charged with second-degree strangulation, endangering the welfare of a child, and third-degree assault.
Alex Lall faces these charges as well, with the additional accusation of second-degree harassment.
The NYPD has not released any further details on the matter at this time.
